A Webster-pak® is a weekly blister pack prepared by our dispensary team with your medications sorted by day and time. Instead of managing multiple bottles and packs, you simply take the tablets from the correct compartment. It’s a clear, simple, and safe way to see at a glance whether each dose has been taken, no guessing or second-guessing.
From your first conversation to your first packed week, we handle everything!
Bring in your medication profile (from your GP), medications and prescriptions into the pharmacy and speak to our dispensary team.
Our pharmacy team goes through your full medication list, confirms how and when you take your medication.
Every week, your medication pack is prepared by our dispensary team. Your pack is fully checked by our pharmacists before it leaves the pharmacy.
Pick up your weekly pack in store, or ask us about home delivery. If your medications change, we update your pack immediately.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
We require you to provide a medication profile from your doctor. You simply come into the pharmacy, speak to one of our dispensary team, and bring your current medications and prescriptions. We handle everything from there, including liaising with your GP if we have any questions about your regimen.
What happens if my doctor changes my medication mid-week?
If your doctor makes a change to your medication we require confirmation of the change via a letter or email. Once confirmed we can implement the change.
Is there a charge for the medication packing service?
Yes, there a small weekly charge for this service. Please request current pricing from the pharmacy team.
How many medications can go in a Webster-Pak?
A standard Webster-pak has four time-slots per day (morning, noon, evening, night) across a full week — 28 compartments in total. Multiple tablets can go in each compartment. If you have a very complex regimen, we’ll discuss the best format for your situation when you come in.
What happens when I need new scripts?
Our pharmacy team can contact your doctor to request new prescriptions on your behalf. However, in many cases your doctor may need to review your current health status before issuing further prescriptions. If this is required, you will need to attend an appointment to obtain new prescriptions and ensure continuity of your medication supply.
Can medications be delivered to my home?
Yes. If getting to the pharmacy is difficult, we offer home delivery of your weekly Webster-Pak. Ask one of our team members when you set up your pack and we’ll coordinate a delivery arrangement that works for you.
Can I set up a Webster-pak for a parent or family member?
Absolutely. Many of our Webster-pak patients are set up by an family member or carer on their behalf. If you’d like to organise this for a family member, come in and speak to us, we’ll make it easy.
What if I'm already getting my medications packed somewhere else?
Switching is straightforward. Come in and speak to us, we’ll contact your previous provider and take care of the transfer. There’s no gap in your service.
